Immo Vitaal develops residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Belgium and France, from acquisition to handover. We specialise in the difficult starting points: listed buildings, castles and polluted former industrial sites. We handle design, permits, financing, construction follow-up and sales in-house, backed by more than 15 years of development experience.

The whole development cycle

One team from finding the opportunity to handing over the keys. Our lead developer trained as an architect, so the design conversation starts on day one, not after the deal is signed.

Acquire & design

  • Brownfield redevelopment: demolition, soil remediation, rezoning
  • Work with OVAM, the Public Waste Agency of Flanders
  • Construction follow-up on Hit-Office; adding floors to existing structures

Stephan Botte

Lead developer

Trained as an architect, Stephan has led real estate developments since 2007, in Antwerp, Limburg, Flemish Brabant, Wallonia and France. His projects range from castle conversions and listed city-centre buildings to brownfield sites and new-build apartment complexes.

He brings the full development cycle to every Immo Vitaal project: reading plans with architects, judging what a structure can take, building the financial plan and seeing the sales through.
